Matt prepares a “Bacon Explosion” to share at work tomorrow.
Step 1: Make a lattice with bacon.
Step 2: Spread a layer of seasoned sausage over the bacon.
Step 3: Add the fillings.
Step 4: Roll into a log and smoke or bake the masterpiece of pork.
